How to take advantage of the perks just for members

 

COMPLIMENTARY TASTINGS

Etude club members receive complimentary tastings for up to 4 adults, or discounted tastings for the upgraded experiences.

Reservations

Reservations are made on our website's tastings page, which is connected to our reservation system, Tock. Tock requires a separate account sign-up to use their system, but once you have the account it will be easy to book all subsequent tastings.

Walk-ins

BUT you can also give us a call at (707) 257-5782 Monday-Satruday 9am-6pm and Sunday 9am-5pm and we’d be happy to make the reservation for you over the phone.

 

CLUB MEMBER DISCOUNTS

To apply your member discount - 15% off wine, 10% off merchandise - you can shop online, at our tasting room, or over the phone.

Online

To shop online, visit our website at etudewines.com and log into your account.  As you shop under "WINES", you will see your member pricing already applied. This pricing will flow through to checkout.

At our Winery

To shop at our tasting room, where there is a much larger selection of merchandise and some winery-only wines, please notify your host that you are a member and they will apply your member discount.

Please contact Customer Service at (707) 257-5782 Monday-Satruday 9am-6pm and Sunday 9am-5pm and we’d be happy to create an order for you over the phone.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Shipping wine can be quite pricey (think heavy boxes & specialized packaging) so se have a set reduced, flat rate price of $20 for all ground and temperature controlled club shipments.  Take advantage of the flat rate by adding on to your club shipment during the customization period - ship all the wine you want for only $20.

 

MEMBER-ONLY EVENTS

Our Wine Club Ambassador, Timothy Winget, hosts members at quarterly with call receptions, our festive annual club member holiday party and events on the road, across the country.  Visit our events page to reserve your spot at our upcoming events.

 

EARLY ACCESS

We will notify you via email when there is a new wine coming out that has limited production. Typically, we will also make this wine available to you first via your club shipments.

 

DEDICATED OFFERS

Enjoy specially curated member exclusive summer and holiday optional wine club shipments.

Special Gold Status offers for members with 2 & 5 year tenure including access to The Wine Shop and complimentary tastings and member exclusive events at our sister wineries.
